How to prevent the deformation of ductile iron rain grate?
1. When the rain grate is welded, the flat steel shall be straightened before welding.
2. Before pickling passivation and hot-dip galvanizing, the internal stress of rainwater grate shall be removed to solve this problem, which is generally not easy to cause in the industrialized production of intelligent chemical industry.
3. At least three rainwater grate bases should be placed on both sides and in the middle. Do not only put them on both sides but not in the middle. More rain grates pressed on the upper side will cause deformation and make them more and more different from the same level surface.
4. It shall be placed stably in the whole process of transportation to make its bearing capacity symmetrical. It is not easy to beat hard during loading and unloading. It shall be lifted and placed with care to ensure that the rain grate is not easy to deform
How can ductile iron rain grate deform?
1. When the rain grate is treated with hot-dip galvanized metal surface, the rain grate will also be deformed in case of high temperature. If the rain grate has strong internal stress after welding, serious deformation will occur at this time.
2. For the internal stress in the base material of the rainwater grate, if the flat steel is not straightened when the rainwater grate is welded, the flat steel is immediately placed on the mold for welding. It looks straight on the surface. In fact, at this time, the rainwater grate causes relatively strong internal stress. If coupled with extremely strong external force (such as high temperature, beating and extrusion), the internal stress will be mainly displayed, and the appearance design of the rain grate will become a standard bow.
