There are three major steps in the production of rainwater dumplings
(1) To handle the teeth; the process is: select the white pheasant bamboo that is rich in Mount Echeng near Tianshiguan, use the trowel to open the green pheasant bamboo slice, remove the green skin, divide into sections, and use the cloud knife to draw the thickness and width. Red, yellow, green and other natural materials are used as dyes, boiled for dyeing, folded into a certain length on the scale, and the teeth are tied into a blank with a thin thread (referred to as “tyre tire”). At both ends, install the beef bone-made gears, and then “cut the church”, “irrigate the church”, and finally apply special cow glue to the beam.
(2) Do Liangzi. Take the material of the root of Baijiazhu, scrape it into green, cut it into knots, break it into pieces, and cut it wide and narrow according to the style of the beam. High-grade rice dumplings also write articles, or poems or paintings, or books or engravings on narrow and long beams, forming a major art and crafts feature.
(3) Set up a file. The beef bone with excellent toughness is selected as the raw material, sawn into knots according to the standard length of the brazier, and then sawn into small pieces with a width of one centimeter, and finely polished.
