Before the erection, it should strictly set out according to the design requirements on the site. During the installation of portal frame support, a 48 x 3.5 steel pipe horizontal tie rod is required to be added for each layer of portal frame to fasten it. The vertical and horizontal cross bracing is arranged according to the spacing less than 6m. The supporting force of the portal steel pipe scaffold mainly depends on the overall force of the support frame. In order to play this overall effect, we need to rely on the vertical and horizontal horizontal pull rods and vertical and horizontal cross braces to connect the thin portal frames. In connection construction, the tightening torque of all kinds of connecting fastener bolts of portal frame is between 40 ~ 65 N-M, in order to prevent the component from bearing force effectively or being damaged. After the erection, random sampling inspection with wrench is carried out, and the unqualified ones must be re tightened until they are qualified. Do not allow the lack of connecting components or bolts not tight or after the installation of random disassembly, so that the portal scaffold deformation and damage. The supporting pole should be vertical and the horizontal pole should be flat.
The vertical pole shall be made of full-length steel pipe as far as possible. If the connecting pipe is needed, the joint shall be staggered and not within the same step. The vertical pole mouth must be butted according to the specification to ensure the verticality of the frame. The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars shall be staggered with each other, and the connection port must be butted according to the specification.
Accident rescue measures in case of scaffold collapse accident, do not blindly rescue. If there is an emergency endangering the safety of electricity, immediately cut off the power supply, organize rescue personnel to take effective measures to rescue the injured first, and then rescue the property. Only by paying attention to these matters and taking these structural measures to strengthen the support of the portal scaffold, can the portal scaffold play an effective and safe role and prevent the operators from falling from height to the maximum extent.
