The size of each inspection well is different, and its corresponding well cover size is also different. The selection of manhole cover can be made according to the standard of “manhole cover” in China. For example, when the standard size of plastic inspection well is 700 (generally wellhead size), the size of well cover should be more than 750. That is to say, when we choose the manhole cover, its actual size is about 50 mm larger than the wellhead size.

The specifications of manhole cover ears produced by different users are different, which can be customized according to the needs of customers.

1. The flat steel direction of the well cover plate is the bearing (supporting) direction, and the length of the flat steel L is determined according to the gap left in the groove width;

2. The type of steel grating plate is selected according to the groove width and bearing requirements.

3. The remaining part of the ditch less than 1 m in length shall be determined according to the model;

4. The well cover plate is arranged according to the groove length, and the standard plate which meets the processing modulus is 995mm in width, with 5mm gap between the plates;

5. It is suggested to select standard size well cover plate for design and construction, and other specifications can be customized.
