Defects of ordinary ductile iron manhole cover:
1. Common spheroidal graphite cast iron manhole covers are prone to “rotten eyes”. The reason: When the external load of the ordinary manhole cover itself is subjected to external forces, the huge pressure difference between the road surface and the manhole cover is caused, and the ordinary manhole cover sinks.
2. The compactness of the surrounding road surface is less than the compaction of the road surface far from the well ring. Under the impact of the driving load, once cracks occur around the well ring, rainwater will enter the well along the road cracks and the road surface and the structure of the inspection well. Inside the circle, the water content of the foundation increases, the strength decreases, and the “eye circle” occurs due to the settlement.

1.Anti-theft
The manhole cover and the well seat are connected by a connecting shaft. Many ordinary manhole covers on the market cover the manhole cover directly to the well seat, which is easy to open and does not have the anti-theft function.
2. Anti-jump cover
Three clamping springs are cast under the manhole cover. When the manhole cover is covered, the three springs will be caught in the corresponding card slots on the well seat. It plays the role of preventing the cover from jumping, and ordinary manhole covers do not have this function.
3. Anti-sound
The contact surfaces of the manhole covers and well bases we use are all machined. When the vehicle is pushed up, there will be no abnormal noise due to the uneven cover.
4. Fall prevention
All manhole covers are equipped with anti-fall nets. Avoid secondary damage if the manhole cover is stolen.
