As an indispensable product in our life, well covers are often transported to various places for use. However, in order to avoid unnecessary losses caused by product deformation and damage during unloading, the specific defense measures are as follows:

1. If the forklift is used for loading and unloading, the fork teeth shall be prevented from seriously hitting the outer flat steel.

2. In consideration of the convenience of acceptance and installation, please place the side with signs and steel numbers on the side convenient for viewing. During loading and unloading, do not cause loose packages and do not stack them at will.

3. The installation clamp shall be used for fixing. Each plate shall be fixed with at least four sets of installation clamps. For plates with large span, it is better to install more on the available supports.

4. The bearing flat steel of the well cover and including the flat steel are only in the height direction, perpendicular to the plane direction, and have high strength. Unreasonable lateral stress will cause deformation or damage.

5. It is recommended to use nylon sling for lifting and unloading. If hoisting with wire rope, pay attention to protecting the flat steel at the edge of the well cover to prevent deformation or damage at the outside of the well cover.

For the loading and unloading of any articles, attention should be paid to protect the products from falling. Materials such as well covers are not easy to be damaged. However, it is also necessary to prevent the deformation caused by external forces. The deformed products will reduce their use effect and even cannot be used again.
