Master various scaffold calculation methods
For many people who do scaffold engineering, how to do the budget is a headache, this article will tell you some simple methods, let you budget without people.
01 Calculation method
(1) When calculating the internal and external wall scaffolding, the area occupied by the openings of doors and windows, empty ring openings, etc. will not be deducted.
(2) When the height of the same building is different, it shall be calculated according to different heights.
(3) The project scope of the general contractor does not include the external wall decoration project or the project that the external wall decoration cannot use the main construction scaffold, which can be applied to the main external scaffold or decorative external scaffold project respectively.
02 External scaffold
(1) The height of the scaffold on the external wall of the building is calculated from the designed outdoor floor to the cornice (or the top of the parapet); the quantities are calculated in square meters by multiplying the length of the external edge line of the external wall (the wall buttress protruding from the wall with a width greater than 240mm, etc., which is calculated according to the dimensions shown in the figure and incorporated into the length of the external wall).
(2) If the masonry height is less than 15m, it shall be calculated as single row scaffold; if the height is more than 15m or the height is less than 15m, but the exterior wall doors, windows and decorative area is more than 60% of the exterior wall surface area (or the exterior wall is cast-in-place concrete wall or light block wall), it shall be calculated as double row scaffold; if the building height is more than 30m, it shall be calculated as double row scaffold of steel cantilever platform according to the engineering situation.
(3) Independent column (cast-in-place concrete frame column) shall be calculated in square meters according to the perimeter of the structure shown in the column diagram plus 3.6m multiplied by the design column height, and the single row external scaffold project shall be applied. For cast-in-place concrete beams and walls, the height between the designed outdoor floor or the upper surface of the floor and the bottom of the floor shall be multiplied by the net length of the beam and wall in square meters, and the double row external scaffold project shall be applied.
(4) The steel pipe frame of the steel platform is calculated in square meters according to the length of the outer wall sideline multiplied by the design height. The norm of platform overhanging width has been determined comprehensively, and is applied separately according to the setting height of norm items.
