Relationship between bearing capacity and service life of resin manhole cover
The well cover has the advantages of excellent damage, simple forming, low noise, good chemical corrosion resistance, good acid and alkali resistance, beautiful appearance and so on. The relationship between service life and load-bearing of resin well cover is introduced below.
1. In terms of service life, the resin well cover has a very long service life and is durable without internal damage. Due to the use of high-performance resin, glass fiber and special production process formula, the penetration of resin into glass fiber is ensured, the adhesion between them is greatly enhanced, and the material will not produce internal damage under the cyclic load, so as to ensure the service life of the product.
2. In terms of bearing capacity, the resin well cover has a large bearing capacity that meets or exceeds the relevant standards, because the bottom of this product adopts a special pot bottom structure, which increases the bearing area by more than ten times or even dozens of times. The continuous reinforced fiber yarn ensures the integration of fiber yarn and glass fiber in the material, so that the product has sufficient bearing capacity.

The resin well cover can not only achieve the synchronous state of bearing capacity and service life, but also the well cover with the same bearing capacity is much lighter and more practical than the well cover of other materials. According to the bearing capacity, the composite well cover is divided into:
1. Use of heavy manhole covers: municipal road traffic and heavy vehicles.
2. Light well covers: public road traffic and light vehicle traffic.
The load capacity of well cover refers to the pressure test carried out by the pressure testing machine in unit area, which is usually 40 tons. If it is an automobile, the calculation formula of 5-axle heavy truck is: 5-axle X40 tons = 200 tons. The heavy-duty manhole cover can ensure the passage under the total weight of 200 tons.
