The manufacturer introduces the earth excavation requirements of resin well cover
Before the construction of the resin well cover, the earthwork shall be excavated first, the size of the well cover shall be reserved, and then the well cover shall be covered after the installation of the well cover. It can be said that the size and depth of the earthwork excavation determine whether the well cover is firm, so it is very important and needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements.
The foundation earthwork of the well cover is excavated by backhoe excavator. According to the geological survey and the actual situation of the site, 1:0.33 slope is adopted. All the soil excavated in the foundation pit is transported to the designated earthwork stacking area in the southeast corner outside the site by two 5T trucks.
After the mechanical excavation reaches 200mm above the design elevation, the bottom shall be cleared manually to avoid the disturbance to the natural foundation during the mechanical excavation of the well cover. Over excavation is strictly prohibited. After over excavation, backfilling shall be carried out according to the specifications, and the test department shall be notified for inspection; After the earth excavation is completed, the slope shall be trimmed without floating soil and uneven high bottom.
Steel pipes and dense mesh safety nets are used to close the foundation pit, and only access openings for construction are reserved; All construction roads near the edge shall be provided with protective railings and clear signs.
A layer of earth is excavated around the well cover, and then covered on the sewer. After digging to a certain depth by machine, in order not to damage the ground base, manual excavation is adopted.
In the construction process of earth excavation, resin well cover needs not only large machinery, but also labor. If the construction cannot be completed in one day, obvious signs need to be reserved nearby to avoid the danger of falling between vehicles and pedestrians.
