How to maintain scaffold accessories

As a detergent, gasoline and kerosene are generally used. The scrubbing of the dismantled building fastener is divided into coarse scrubbing and fine scrubbing, which are respectively placed in the container. First, the metal mesh is put on the bottom to prevent the accessories from directly contacting the dirt of the container. Rough washing, if the building fastener with dirt rotation, will damage the rolling surface of the building fastener, should be concerned. Check the shape of raceway surface, rolling surface and mating surface, wear condition of cage, increase of building fastener clearance and damage of irrelevant dimension precision drop. For non wide small ball fastener, use one hand to support the inner ring horizontally and rotate the outer ring to confirm whether it is smooth.
