1. Inspection points of construction scheme

Whether the scaffold has a construction plan; Whether the scaffold height exceeds the specification; No design calculation or approval; Whether the construction scheme can guide the construction.

2. Inspection points of pole foundation

Whether the pole foundation is flat and solid every 10 meters, which meets the design requirements; Whether there is a lack of base and skid for every 10 meters of extension pole; Whether there is a sweeping pole for every 10 meters of extension pole; Whether there are drainage measures every 10 meters.

3. Key points for checking the tie between frame and building structure

If the height of scaffold is more than 7 meters, whether the scaffold is tied with the building structure, and whether it is lack or not firmly tied according to the requirements.

4. Inspection points of component spacing and cross bracing

Whether the distance between the vertical bar, large cross bar and small cross bar exceeds the specified requirements every 10 meters; Whether the cross bracing is set according to the regulations; Whether the cross bracing is set continuously along the scaffold height and whether the angle meets the requirements.

5. Inspection points of scaffold and protective railing

Whether the scaffold board is fully paved; Whether the scaffold board material meets the requirements; Whether there is a probe board; Whether the dense mesh safety net is set outside the scaffold and whether the net is tight; Whether the construction layer is provided with 1.2m high protective railings and toe boards.

6. Inspection points of small cross bar setting

Whether a small cross bar is set at the intersection of the vertical bar and the large cross bar; Whether the small cross bar is fixed at one end only; Whether the cross bar of single row shelf inserted into the wall is less than 24cm.

7. Inspection points of disclosure and acceptance

Whether there is disclosure before scaffold erection; Whether the acceptance procedures are handled after the scaffold is erected; Whether there is quantitative acceptance content.

8. Key points of rod lap inspection

Whether the overlap of large cross bar is less than 1.5m; Whether the steel pipe poles are overlapped, and whether the overlapping length of cross bracing meets the requirements.

9. Key points for inspection of frame sealing

Whether flat net or other measures are used to close the construction layer every 10 meters; Whether the vertical pole in the scaffold of the construction layer is closed with the building.

10. Inspection points of scaffold materials

Whether the steel pipe is seriously bent or corroded.

11. Inspection points of safe passage

Whether the frame is equipped with upper and lower channels; Whether the channel settings meet the requirements.

12. Inspection points of unloading platform

Whether the unloading platform has been designed and calculated; Whether the unloading platform meets the design requirements; Whether the support system of the unloading platform is connected with the scaffold; Whether the unloading platform has a limited load label.
